Frank "David" Wiget

Frank "David" Wiget of Steelville, Missouri passed away Friday, February 9, 2018 in his home at the age of 49 years, 3 months and 7 days. David was born November 2, 1968 in St. Louis, Missouri to Frank Edward Wiget and Judith Agricola Wiget.

He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Edward Wiget.

David was a member of the Steelville Presbyterian Church and the NRA. He always loved to hunt and fish in his spare time. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his daughter.

He is survived by his daughter, Crystal Ann Wiget of Steelville, MO; his mother, Judith Wiget of Steelville, MO; sister, Kathy Pearson of Cuba, MO; one uncle, Richard Agricola and wife Shirley, three cousins, Harry Schellenger, Ronald Schellenger and Mary Jo Manzell; nephew, Edward Pearson II and wife Alli of Germantown Hill, IL; niece, Dorthea Michelle Templeton and husband Spencer of St. Charles, MO; two great nephews; Godparents, Ramon and Deloris Bear of Lake St. Louis, MO; other relatives; and many friends.

The Family received friends from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at the Britton-Bennett Funeral Home in Steelville, MO.

Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the Britton-Bennett Funeral Home in Steelville, MO with Rev. Jerry Beers officiating. Special music of "Amazing Grace", "In the Garden" and "Go Rest High" was sung by Bob and Carol Coleman.

A graveside service with Bill Bennett officiating was held at 2:00 p.m. in the Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.

Honored to be casket bearers were Karl Hattula, Bob Becker, Tommy Mounce, Johnny Ransom, Edward Pearson II and Crystal Wiget.

The Family was served by the Britton-Bennett Funeral Home of Steelville, MO.
