Ina Mae Setzer Obituary

Ina Mae Grace Setzer, nee Laramore, of Dillard, Missouri passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019 at the age of 83 years, 8 months and 23 days. She was born April 27, 1935 in Courtois, Missouri to Ernest Ray Laramore and Ollie Lee Breakfield Laramore. Ina Mae was united in marriage to William "Bill" Setzer in May of 1956 at Courtois, Missouri.

She was a member of the Ozark Trail Blazers. She and her husband, Bill, participated in many Western horse shows throughout Missouri. They would both ride and show their gaited fox trotter horses. Ina Mae loved to sing, play the guitar, work in her garden, paint beautiful pictures, crochet, sew and hunt.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bill Setzer; one granddaughter, Harmony Setzer; three brothers, Harold Laramore, Leland Laramore and Elvin (Hazel) Laramore; three brothers-in-law, Lloyd (Lisa) Setzer, Delbert (Rita) Setzer and Howard "Sammy" Setzer; and sisters-in-law, Judy Setzer and Beverly Setzer.

Ina Mae will be sadly missed by her son, Steve (Rebecca) Setzer; grandson, Nathanael (Beth) Setzer; three great-grandchildren, Navy, Boston and Jetton "Jett"; sisters-in-law, Bonnie Laramore of St. James, MO and Betty Laramore of Kansas City, MO; brothers-in-law, John (Martha) Setzer of Overland, MO and Radis Setzer of Dillard, MO; nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.

The Family received friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at the Britton-Bennett Funeral Home in Steelville,MO.

Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at the Britton- Bennett Funeral Home in Steelville, MO with Rev. Terry Hogan officiating and Nathan Setzer reading the obituary. Two special songs were played at the beginning of the service on CD of Ina Mae and her brother, Harold Laramore singing "Barbara Allen" and "Titanic." Other music of "Great Speckled Bird", "Home on the Range" and "Amazing Grace" was played and sang by Steve and Rebecca Setzer, Navy Setzer, Johnny Setzer and Jackson Setzer. Memories were shared by family and friends.

Committal prayer and interment were in the Sellers Cemetery, Davisville, Missouri.

Honored to be casket bearers will be Nathan Setzer, Boston Setzer, Jackson Setzer, Johnny Setzer, David Laramore and Tim Laramore with Jett Setzer as honorary.
