Catherine "Cathy" Mae Leimkuehler, nee Coleman, of Leslie, Missouri passed away Thursday, November 8, 2012 at her home at the age of 63 years.She was born June 28, 1949 in St. Louis, Missouri to Paul Coleman and Ruby Swyers Coleman. In 1991 at Gerald, MO, she was united in marriage to Walter Leimkuehler who preceded her in death in 2004.

She was a member of  the Viburnum Christian Church.  Cathy was a big supporter of the VFW and a member of the ACLJ and ASPCA. She enjoyed doing puzzles, reading, riding horses and just being outside. Most of all she loved being with her family.

Cathy is survived by her daughter Paula Johnston of Leslie, MO; one brother Paul "Corky" Coleman of St. Charles, MO; two granddaughters Melanie Catherine Camden and husband Josh and Gracey Marie Johnston; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Walter Leimkuehler; and one daughter Rhonda Ruble.

The Family received friends from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at the Britton-Bennett Funeral Home in Steelville, MO.

A funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at the Britton-Bennett Funeral Home in Steelville, MO with Rev. George Civey officiating. Special music of "If You Only Knew", "Need You Now", "Crying for Me" and "I Will find you Again" was played. Special remembrances were shared by family.

Committal prayer and interment were in the Cherryville Baptist Cemetery at Cherryville, Missouri.

Honored to be casket bearers were Paul "Corky" Coleman, Joshua Camden, Randy Copeland, Tommy Coleman, Otis Coleman and John Doc Halbert.

The Family was served by the Britton-Bennett Funeral Home of Steelville, MO.
