Mary Elizabeth O'Neail Ivie, nee Reeves, of Cuba, Missouri passed away Friday, February 10, 2017 at the age of 75 years, 6 months and 23 days. She was born July 18, 1941 in Illinois to Lushes and Truly Davis Reeves. In 1959, she was united in marriage to Robert Dewaine O'Neail who preceded her in death in 1986 and later married J.R. Ivie who also preceded her in death in 1994.

Mary was a faithful and dedicated woman of God as well as to her church at Center Ridge. She always instilled in her children, the love for Jesus and the love for all and proved it in her own Christian life. Mary enjoyed cooking and was known for her delicious fried chicken, tea and banana pudding. She enjoyed sewing for her family, planting flowers and having plants in her home. Mary was a sweet and gentle woman who was loved dearly by her family and all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; one son, Bobby O'Neail; and granddaughter, Katrina.

Mary will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her three sons, James "Everett" O'Neail and wife Vickie of Seymour, MO, Larry O'Neail and wife Susan of Potosi, MO and Robert "Wayne" O'Neail, Jr. and companion Tina of Cuba, MO; three daughters, Bonny Callahan of Cuba, MO, Margaret "Lou" Brown and husband Kevin of Steelville, MO and Diane Green and husband Shawn of Cherryville, MO; one brother, Richard Reeves and wife Mae of Festus, MO; one sister, Hazel Austin and husband Richard of Bangs, TX; nineteen grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; dear friend, Paul Johnston; other relatives and friends.

The Family received friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at the Britton-Bennett Funeral Home in Steelville, MO and from 9:30 a.m. until service time on Monday, February 13, 2017 at the Center Ridge Pentecostal Church in Davisville, MO.

Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 13, 2017 at the Center Ridge Pentecostal Church in Davisville, MO with Pastor Harrison Brown and Rev. Bob Coleman officiating. Special music of "Thank God for my Christian Home" was sung by her children with accompaniment by Shirley Brown on piano and "I Sure Miss You" was sung and played by Kevin Brown. Other music of "Just Wait til you see my Brand New Home" was sung by Bonnie Martin accompanied on piano by Shirley Brown with Dwayne Brown, Bob Coleman and Josh Coleman on guitars. Music of "I Want to Stroll over Heaven with you" was sung by Bob and Carol Coleman.

Committal prayer and interment were in the Cavaness Cemetery, Licking, MO.

Honored to be casket bearers were Larry O'Neail, Justin Callahan, Robby O'Neail, Aaron O'Neail, Benjamin O"Neail, Eric O'Neail, Joseph O'Neail and Timothy Brown with Levi Green, Patrick Bergner and Ethan Brown as Honorary bearers.
