Edna Mae (Huffman) Adams

Edna Mae Adams, nee Huffman, of Steelville, Missouri passed away Thursday, January 26, 2023 at the Steelville Senior Living at the age of 77 years, 1 month and 16 days. Edna was born December 10, 1945 in St. Louis, Missouri.

On April 13, 1963, she was united in marriage to Andrew “Jack” Adams and to this union one son and two daughters were born.

Edna enjoyed her life as a wife, a mother and a grandmother. She loved being outside in her garden, watching her flowers grow and being a bird watcher. Edna enjoyed cooking, keeping a clean house and decorating her home. Also, she enjoyed any outing that would be coming up with the family.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mayme Edith Huffman; and one sister Dorothy Huffman.

She is survived by her husband, Jack Adams of Steelville, MO; one son, Steve (Lisa) Adams of Steelville, MO; two daughters, Cindy (Vince) Magnoli of Hull, MA and Shawna Holle of St. James, MO; seven grandchildren, Emily (Mark) Pfeiffer, Kaitlin (Lucas) Harmon, Abigail (Michael) Mitchell, Brooklyn Adams, Nick Magnoli, Anthony (Kate) Magnoli and Aubrey Holle; eight great-grandchildren, Ila and Abram Pfeiffer, Adalayde and Millie Mitchell, Liam, Noah and Owen Magnol and Lucy Harmon; brother, Richard (Carolyn) Huffman of Rolla, MO; other relatives; and friends.

There will be a Private Family Inurnment at a later date in the Freeman cemetery, Cherryville, MO.

The Adams Family was served by the Britton-Bennett Funeral Home in Steelville, MO.
