Kenneth “Bud” Everett Biggs of Overland, Missouri passed away Thursday, March 23, 2023 at his home at the age of 99 years, 6 months and 13 days. He was born September 10, 1923 in Max, Missouri to James Everett Biggs and Johnnie Mae Ball Biggs. He grew up on a farm at Max and later at a farm in Sligo and graduated from Dillard High School.
