Valerie Ann Harrelson

Valerie Ann Harrelson of Steelville, MO passed away Friday, September 30, 2022 at the age of 56 years, 2 months and 20 days.

She was born Sunday, July 10, 1966 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

She loved spending time with family and taking her grandchildren to play at the park. Valerie also loved having her adopted dogs.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Davis Mead of Steelville, MO; two children, Andrea Leigh (Mikey) Williams and Zane Sobelman all of Steelville, MO; six grandchildren, Kaden, Drea’Mi, Graylon, Laken, Rin and Jiraiya; Uncles and aunt, Robert (Karen) Davis, Charles (Sharon) Davis and Fred Davis all of Union, MO, Lydle Davis of Steelville, MO, Gary (Ramona) Davis of Festus, MO and Alta (David) Warner of St. Louis; other relatives; and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Roy and Agnes Davis, one grandson, Trystan Harrelson; one aunt, Linda Davis; one uncle, Bill Davis; and one cousin, Tina Sneider.

Valerie’s request was to donate her body to science.

A Gathering for Valerie will be held on Sunday, October 30, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Rivers of Life Fellowship Church in Steelville, MO.
